There is something beautiful about a woman who has walked with Yehovah long enough for truth to become more than something she knows. It has become something she has lived.
Titus 2 gives that woman an assignment: teach what is good and strengthen the women coming behind her.
This is not about creating one approved model of femininity, turning older women into supervisors, or treating younger women like projects. It is about discipleship moving through generations—women who keep growing in faithfulness and then refuse to waste what Yehovah has taught them.

Titus 2:3–5 begins with the character of older women before describing what they teach. That matters.
The goal is not merely to accumulate enough life experience to give advice. It is to become the kind of woman whose life increasingly reflects Yehovah—and then use what you have learned to strengthen another woman.
Scripture remains the standard. Experience can help. Questions are allowed. Correction can happen beside encouragement. Wisdom moves through relationship.
Walk faithfully.
Keep growing.
Then help another woman do the same.
